Jewish Calendar Holidays/Events
We are planning on fully supporting countdowns for all major religious holidays/events.
For some religions, we also need to request the user's current location so that we can correctly countdown to sunset/sunrise for the start of the event. This is the only reason you’ll see mostly Christian Holidays on the site, as they do not have this requirement.

Jewish holidays usually begin the night before, at sundown. Check with a local rabbi for answers to any questions you may have, as well as to correct candle-lighting times.

I agree that Jewish holidays are important. If you're going to have Christian, then represent other religious holidays or drop it and stay with seasons.
