The adverts have unfortunately become necessary to cover the costs of running the site, but I'm not a big fan of adverts either (not unless they're particularly relevant or useful anyway). So, if enough people are interested, I'd like to offer an option to remove adverts (and the advert bar) by paying a small fee of maybe a few dollars.

For several years the development of the site and it's running have been funded out of my own pocket and without any adverts/income it's now become too expensive to run. Simply, without advertising money or people paying to view the site, I would need to shut down the site.

I believe we should have a national dance day for all dancers to countdown to. I am a dancer myself and I would love to know how many days until national dance day. I think that this would be a very good investment into the 'days to' website as when dancers look up how many days until national dance day your website will come up first which will then show them that this website is very good for many things not just counting down to special days which will boost the amount of views that your website has.
